William is a musician, photographer and writer. he started his musical training, fine art and sketch lesson since his childhood. William graduated from SAE Institude as an Audio Recording & Media Techonology Engineer.
William work as a music lecturer for 20 years as well as a music performer and photographer. He has involved in photography for two decades since he use his 1st Yashica FX3 film camera as a school event and concert photographer while he was in high school.
Growing up in Borneo Island, all William could think of was jungle, revels, small boat and golden beach. But he was just too much in music and art, playing flutes, harmonica, zither for concert and festival. He spend his time in painting as well as organizing art exhibition with the local famous artist.
So he took the best option-- Pick up Saxophone and completed his Performance Certificate Exam and got into SAE Institude to study Recording Engineering and Media Technology. " I couldn't find someone to teach me saxophone in Borneo" he said. "But I can start my journey to achieve my dreams". He left the Island and went to Taipei, the place of Saxophone Manufacturing and music production and he end up his journey in Kuala Lumpur as a Musician & Photographer, gratuded from SAE Institude as an Audio Engineer and Media Technology Engineer.
As a music performer, writer and photographer, I like to share more of my interest with the community, that is why I explore and seek of different cultural.
William as a musician, he work as a performer, composer and music teacher. specialize in multiple musical instrument such as saxophone, flute, clarinet, keyboard as well as the traditional zither and bamboo flute.
William spent over 10 years as music performer and music teacher in music school. He has extablished enduring musical relationship with a broad range of musicians and bands. From traditional music, classical to jazz improvision, world music and contemporary fusion.
He began his piano education and zither lesson in his young age. He went to Taipei to further his training in jazz music and formed his jazz band in Taipei at the age of 21. He also completed his classical music training under ABRSM exam board syllabus and Trinity London international exam board of performance art. In year 2013, he began his music career as a musician and music media production engineer when he graduated from SAE Institude at the same time.
